Basically, an anthro version of Cobalion dressed up as Otto von Bismarck. I drew it around 2 months ago and just yesterday decided to use it as my profile pic on here.

I haven't actually managed to draw anything proper in a few weeks. I might finally start uploading stuff soon, though, but not quite yet, since the next thing I plan to draw is a bit, uhh, lewd.
