Aside from not going to school for a week and a day, and not being able to do animations until my sprite sheet is nearly complete, I'm fine.

All you need is a sprite sheet of your character, background music, sfx, any animation software and you're good. I'm just going with Macromedia flash style cause it's easier to get around.
