Finally, you'll know all the delights of getting old, like shiddy knees, crappy circulation, bags under the eyes that never go away no matter how much you moisturise. Mwuhahahahaha, mwuhahahahaha, mwuhaha.. oh wait, you're actually still quite young, aren't you? F***!!! Oh well, kinda jumped the gun there. My bad.

Celebrate your special day by leaping and prancing, seeing as how your knees aren't knackered yet.
Yes, leap and prance through the fields, through the forests and over the hills (wave at the various species of deadly Australian creatures as you pass by). Leap and prance down the high street. Leap and prance through the shopping mall with it's wide variety of stores, all with quality products at low low prices. Then leap and prance back home for, I don't know, some cookies and a bath. Be sure not to leap and prance through any of the local schools. They'll call the fuzz and ruin your special day.
Repeat daily. You can thank me later for the calf muscles and hamstrings like Shwarzeneggers.
