UPDATE : As of July 28th 2014, I hereby grant permission for the use of my stock in all Ebook covers. You do not need to request permission to do so anymore. I only request that you send me a link where I can purchase a copy/see the final result, please. If you wish to use it in print, still note me before hand.
UPDATE #2 You are more than welcome to use any of my stock in trailers/video media or anything similar as long as you credit either in the description or during the end credits. If you have any questions please feel free to message me. If it's urgent please contact my main account or email.

I cant do much because they blocked me after confronting them that they stole someone's character.

Thank you for being considerate and letting me know, I really appreciate that you took the time to do so. This person hasn't violated any of my stock terms that I can see however. I allow commissions as long as my stock has been altered and as long as I've been credited, which this person has done both. The only way I'd consider it a violation would be if they sold my actual stock or used in commercial work (as in a book cover, AD, CD cover etc). But in this case my background was used along with the person's character (whether drawn or manipulated doesn't matter to me). I know that some stock artists do not allow commissions, so thank you again for bringing it to my attention. And I hope that those stock artists who have been wrong are able to have a quick resolve.
I'm sorry she blocked you. I hope that the person who's character was stolen will be able to report it and hopefully DA will be able to help. I'm sorry but as far as my stock is concerned there really isn't anything I can do, because they technically didn't break any of my rules, though I'm certainly against theft and if the character used in the manipulation with my stock is the stolen character you're referring to I'd be happy to report it. I am most definitely not for my stock being used to infringe on anyone's rights. :/Β
