Description:
San Marino is my APH OC, also known as Bianca Vargas. As you may noticed by the surname, she's related to Romano and Feliciano Vargas, being their sister.
She has medium length dark blonde hair, with a curl sticking out of her bangs. Her eyes have a green-ish brown or hazel color. Her clothes usually consist of a white button up shirt, dark green military jacket with her flag imprinted on both sleeves, pants in a dark brown color and black lace up ankle boots.
She is a tsundere character, which makes her seem "slightly" cold, sometimes even hostile, though she is close with her friends. She is really emotional, sometimes getting truly irritated, or crying from small things that happen to her.
