Sorry, things have been crazy here.  Mikel would need to carve new, larger "points" for one that big, (that's the most time consuming part), so it would have to be $185.00.  The shipping would stay the same.

I would put the down payment for it now, but I can't touch any of the money in my account right now because it is my mom's and she needs that for bills. What would you est. a down payment for this to be so I can set some aside for it?

We usually ask for half down to cover costs and then the last half after we've notified you that the piece is finished.  As soon as it show up, your piece goes in the mail.  So $95.00.

To be on the safe side, I would give it 3-4 weeks.  With a deposit, we can get it started and them send it when you get the remainder.  If it takes you a bit longer than that, it's no problem.  For 5", I think we said $185. plus $5 shipping, so half will be $95.00.  Let us know when you're ready and I'll give you the Paypal info.  And thanks again.
