So when making a Super Hero
Ever think of the idea of the villain being the predecessor of the hero?
Complete with different colored costume from their original colors as well as a new code name to distinguish them from their heroic successor

As in... A hero trained by a villain or something? Sounds like a good base for a solid anti-hero

Like the predecessor is either a hero who falls to evil or is just a villain pretending to be good
While the successor is more heroic with the evil predecessor acting as more of an evil reflection as what the hero be like if they took the wrong path or someone unfit for the code name with the successor being the one fit for the legacy

It occurs to me that this is the Flash-ReverseFlash situation.
Uh... this is a highly specialised situation that has a lot of story potential if executed correctly, but you really gotta dedicate your characters and your plot to it in order to get the full emotional pay-off.
So, good as a main plot element, but probably isn't worth it for side-characters.

Though it can be considered as a Darkwing and Negaduck Situation fromΒ 2019Β (Though the General America and General Nazi thing came first before that coincidently similar Ducktales Twist)
You can also go with theΒ first with the code name is good, the second with the code name is evil and the third with the code name is good with the second as the arch enemy of the third

You can also try doing a dub of some motion where you replace audio with your audio or give audio to anyone who is silent inside the original motion
But that will take an external software for the audio part
