First of all, just because some 11 year old's are currently getting away with it doesn't mean they will continue getting away with it. dA Bans many '12 and under' account's everyday, even though you don't see it.

Second, why haven't you reported all these underage account's you have apparently found? You know it's against the rules so why not help dA out? You not reporting means they will continue getting away with it. Ergo, your letting them get away with it.

Third, you blocking unreasonably and 'flipping' off people is immature and will make you lose respect of other deviants real quick. Hun, what we are doing is not trying to be harsh, we are trying to save this site, DeviantArt, from being sued and shut down. Also, we are trying to protect your girlfriend. If she took down the accounts herself, then later, when she is 13, she will be able to make an account.
If the admins ban her, making a new account would be called "ban-evading", and she would be banned again for it.
Just because others do it, doesn't mean it's not against the rules. The 11-year-olds will eventually be found and banned. It's just a matter of finding them.
Not to mention, we are saving her from the pedophiles that lurk around this site... >.>; You should be grateful.
