How come wrong numbers are never busy?

First of all, wrong numbers are numbers too, so they feel that they are just as important as right numbers which makes them always available when you don't need them.
Second, how would the people know whose birthday it was. It would be much more appropirate if they sang Kumbiya(sp?)

I use both traditional and digital tools. I tend to use colored pencils to color more often then I use the computer though. Thanks by the way!
