So it means I'm busy with finding a new job and this is not easy these days

yeahh it is better now
well here in Germany we have something called "probation period" for 6 months most times. In these six month both company and employer can quit for no special reason. So it was bad luck that I got sick in these first 6 month and so it was easy for my employe to resign me <-< But well I had a high absenteeism rate, so that I can understand them in some ways

I understand this verry good because in Poland the employer uses the same practices and for me this is stupid but what you do ?
hard to find good job and thats why people they are driving to others country for better money ;/
I would rather work in my country
I suspect that German works are flooding Poles and we have this same with Ukrainian
its ok you find something good I believe in you
my employer is sticking to the rules but i think when the contract would be different he had the opportunity to behave differently
