Well, yes I am, whether I said it or not. Madison, between Geneva and Perry?Fairport?Painesville? We shopped in Ashtabula, and I rode my bike to Geneva On The Lake sometimes.

My wife and I plan to spend a couple days in that area fishing this month.

I have never been there so I don't know yet. I was told by someone that the smallmouth fishing is great there the middle of May. In the rivers just out of the lake agaist the walls. Have any suggestions?

Oh, I wish I did.
At the end of my little street, a cul-de-sac, was a stream, just a little brook, about three or four, maybe five feet wide. I played there often as a kid. Then one time when the smelt were running, someone took me down and I caught a gazillion of them with my hands.
So, no, I don't have any ideas. I'd like to hear about what you come up with, after it's all over.
