How'd you fare with Sandy? My cousins lost a beach house, and my OTHER cousins lost power for eight or so days.
Was NYCC/NYAF good this year? Last year, the anime fest portion was confined to basically just Artists' Alley, a weird stage thingy, and this pointless balcony.

Lost power for about a week and my house got minor damage but not as bad as others. Aw im sorry to hear that
It was pretty good. NYAF was combined with NYCC this year. It took a bit of time to find some of the anime booths but at least during the search I met some awesome people including some Americas, Englands, A sealand, a guy dave *,* <3, and some awesome homestuckians xD

WOAH WHAT A MALE COSPLAYER SINCE WHEN DOES THIS HAPPEN. I only saw a handful of dudes doing cosplays last year. And half of them were dressed as girls or Waldos. XD So they were combined this year, huh? None of the "NYAF only gets one floor and NYCC gets three" bullshit?
