Damn...it's a 40K scale Imperator Titan, made the right size. It's 52" high which works out at about 100m IRL. He's got pics of praetorians running down the steps and they look just right. 40m for an Imperator my ass. A reaver maybe...

Just tried it and it works perfectly for me.

Go to belloflostsouls.net and use their search engine to search "40K scale Imperator". It's the slightly older entry 12 feb 2009, the big red one (although there is another it isn't photographed as well). It's an almost perfect copy of the old Epic model.
