I don't have any tutorials but it usually helps to study from photos/skeleton references and then sketch poses fairly quickly and refine them afterwards Lots of practice, lots of quick rough drawings

Sorry for the late reply. I have never used copics much, but the general technique to get a fluid sky is to lay down horizontal strokes down the page quite quickly. Sorry it's difficult to explain, but what you want is to try and work quickly so that the ink will blend together while it's still drying, that will avoid streaking in your sky.
