The tiny, pale filly coughed. Her throat was sore β¦ It hurt. βMommyβ¦β She complained. Sheβd played out in the snow, it was such a miraculous sight, and wonderful to play hide and seek in! But now, the cold had gotten hold of the filly. She was inside her motherβs den, hoping to hear everything is going to be alright β¦.
Tivvy
The dark doe looked carefully through her herb stores, trying to find something to cure her baby's recent ailment. She could hear her coughing from the back of the den and she gathered herbs hastily. βYou will be ok, little love,β she said soothingly as she came and placed the herbs beside Aulwyn.
