^^ MS Paint is Microsoft Paint, the drawing software you automatically get when you buy any windows computer~
OR You could use deviant art muro, the art software that everyone gets that goes on deviant art ^^ just that when you do traditional art, the picture is hard to see

(but, something that you did NOT know most likely, is that I did not create Seirei, It was a free adoptable from a friend that I used for purposes that went along the line of "my other account was just full of ppl bullying me so i quit and i need a new beginning" and so since i needed a new OC, i went to that friend and they offered me this cute character, I created her name, bio, and abilities, but the design right fully goes to my friend which i shall not name since that way, ppl can track down who I really am XP)
