Yes, still drawing. :3 And still being extremely slow about it. I have one picture I'm hoping to ink this weekend though. I just need to train myself to sit still until I'm finished. n_n;;

Backgrounds can be fun, unless you don't have a reference... Then things tend to look too cartoonish or wrong on like they're made of cardboard... At least for me, anyway x D;;

I've used one before. I have such a sketchy technique that it seemed to work out okay. I'd have trouble with straight lines though. >_>;

Rulers and straight edges come in handy for straight lines. 8D
I like drawing spider webs and I tend to use a ruler/straightedge. :3
My girlfriend says that she hates my tablet 'cause it lags too much for her; she draws with really quick, smooth movements and my computer can't really handle it. xD;; I'm really slow, so I'm fine with it.
Plus, my tablet is a lot smaller than her hunkin' huge one. I tried using it once, back over the summer, but I didn't really understand how the proportions lined up with the screen;;
