I was. Didn't. Broke my leg on Feb 15th so was in hospital for 8 agonizing days and got released right after my birthday <.< (yeah I got to get a leg surgery and pipe hammered into my leg a few days before my birthday, fun way to spend it in agony.)

Pains still pretty mild on a like 2/10 but better than the first few days that they delayed my surgery and I couldn't move at all on the medical bed because the slightest shift would shift the shattered bone around and cause sharp pains, spent like half a week at like 6/10 pain level. Fun fun.

Its nice to hear from you guys, wish I had gotten to go but life throws shit at you, and I guess like lemons... "If life gives you lemons make lemonaid, if life gives you shit make shitaid?"

You guys can try to talk to me on messengers if you have any, I know before none of you really had computer access so didn't get them from me.

So yeah, MegaCon was fun this year (although your friend was right, it was smaller). It was a shame that we didn't get to see ya. I trust that your leg is healed up and that you're getting around all right?

Hah I'm not an artist so I don't check mine even less than you!

In any case, legs doing alot better now, I can actually limp and walk on it after a year. It only aches a little if I do it for a long time, but I'm making it through the house now with a cane just for security.

No, couldn't make it, was going to but broke my leg in motorcycle accident a week or two before it came up, so can't walk for 3 months.

At least I didn't miss much, my friend went with the free hugs sign again and she said that it was much smaller this year and on the other side of the road at the smaller con center. She and I are talking about possibly making it to one of the other ones coming up like May/June time, can't remember the name at the moment.

Oy, forgot I even had a DA account to sign into and check. Got linked here by someone who did a commission for me and went: "Wait, I think I have a account."

College land sucks, dual enrollment ended so now I have to refile all the paperwork to get back in college even though I was still in at the time, its like I was still taking classes but they're like "At the end of this semester you're no longer a student." O.o wtf. So yeah, between heaps of paperwork and having to pay for all my classes when I DO get back to it, I've been lazy about the college thing <.< Mostly paying off all that car debt I had racked up on credit cards.

You guys take care down there! Might MIGHT see you at one of the other cons eventually maybe? Perhaps Megacon when it comes back up here soon?

I was actually down there for the Sarasota Ren Fest for that first week, car blew up on the way back up, talk about bad luck. It was running fine and then engine stopped... hasn't started back up... looks like I threw a rod or something. So major engine overhaul if I want that car working again ;.;
