I'm also not saying that "being nice" or "giving support" alone will get you very far, though it can help. Obviously you need to put effort into something in order for it to be good, but not everyone is on the same skill level, we don't all start out as magical pros like you. So to compensate for a current lack of skill you keep up a good, creative attitude, and you complaining about it being lazy kinda ruins that.
You don't have to go all in and be completely nice to everyone, criticism is fine, you just don't have to outright attack a person for a thing they're doing
