Thank you for posting it. This site needs way more Professor Stein. He's easily my favorite character not only in Soul Eater but in anime in general and that's no small feat when there's guys like Ed from fullmetal alchemist and Darker than black's Hei out there.
I love him so much because to be honest I saw a lot of myself in him. Not just in his style or personality but in his personal struggle to control his madness and desires to maintain who he is as well. That really spoke to me and you nailed him perfectly.

Yes, DA does need more Professor Stein.
He is definitely one of my favorite anime characters ever too. ^^
Yeah, he is a character that a lot of people can relate to. Thank you so much.

A good theory. All the same though you can't argue with Stein's sense of style. lol

It was ok. I enjoyed having a nice quite day to myself. Watched a lot of anime and some movies I've been wanting to see. I recommend seeing batman: under the red hood if you ever get the chance. Its kinda like an adult cartoon and gets kinda fucked up. It even begins with the joker beating robin to a bloody pulp with a crowbar before blowing him up and batman arrives too late only to find a dead and mangled robin.
Never thought I'd see a movie where I'd be on the bad guys side (the red hood not joker) but the dude was totally justified for most of the stuff he did and I kinda have the same point of view as him when he talks to batman about how its more effective to control crime through criminal methods rather than simply trying to contain it.
Sounds like fun. Wish I could have been there. I really need to unwind for a bit.

I can get that way sometimes too but its nothing some play time on the old xbox can't fix. Killing noobs and bashing npc's is always a good way to relieve stress. Of course it can work the other way around pretty easily if ya hit a rough patch.

It just takes a little practice. Everyone starts out as a noob at some point. You just need to get the hang of it first. Besides with all the brain dead idiots just standing around (I'm serious they are stupid as all hell) all you have to do is point and shoot.

It just takes a little time to get use to it. I can understand that all the buttons, triggers and joy sticks can be a lot to take in for someone who's spent little time with it. But I'm sure even if you'd be uninterested in the FPS category you'd probably like stuff like Portal, Elder Scrolls, Devil May Cry and Dead Rising.
There's a LOT of good single player and Co-op games out there and some are real works of art. Like Shadow of the Colossus and Kingdom Hearts. Plus everyone loves Mario.

Perhaps I stand corrected then. No offense taken. I suppose its not for everyone. I guess I'm just more drawn to that kinda thing. I am after all a man who lives in dreams and I never outgrew that childlike sense of wonder despite how things have gotten more dark and bloody in the medium.
I think my not having a mate contributes to it. Being that I have little in this world to comfort me like that it makes it easier to lose myself in these otherworldly fantasies. I also have to agree that video games aren't exactly productive but then again if they were then would they really be games?

Videos games are my drugs. A way for me to escape from a rather empty and dull world. It may be more than a little sad but that's the way it is. I've for the most part have come to terms with that. Although I wish it wasn't to that extent.

Its a hell of a game. Valve (the developer) does really good work. You should check out the half-life series from them as well. Aliens, robots, zombies and tons of fun with a gravity gun all in one sweet package. The best part being you could probably be able to pick it up for just a few bucks now that its been out for a while.

Loved that game. Just pisses me off that valve is taking so long for a sequel. They need to make a new counter strike as well.

Valve's been teasing about another one but so far their lips are sealed. If there is a sequel on the way chances are they'll spill the beans at E3 in june. Fingers crossed for another counter strike too.

E3 is the Electronic Entertainment Expo. Once every year all the developers and publishers in the game industry big and small come together to show off all their stuff. Big name companies like Microsoft, EA, Nintendo and Sony all have their own big press conferences to announce new games, hardware and services.
There are big reveals of new franchises and series, details on all the biggest and hottest games are revealed and Nintendo is even suppose to show off their new console. Plus they tend to have some hot girls in cosplay at some of the booths too.
I CAN'T WAIT!!! All those new sexy games! Like Elder Scrolls 5, Battlefield 3, Batman Arkham City, Rage and Mass Effect 3! Plus they all come out later this year and E3 is on June 6th! I'm as giddy as a school girl!!

Yeah I just blew what little cash I had on LA Noire. At the least I'll be able to live my dream of being a 1940's detective with a bad attitude but a heart of gold. Come to think of it I better start practicing my 3rd person monologue!
