Hey been a while but ive been busy I have been in the midst of buying a good camera to take pictures but due to a wrist injury have been unable to do so.Now I must say that YES you can do parkour just train and take lots of precaution every but I mean every step of the way despite that trust your gut and just do it once your shure remember just do it also train tour body so you can old up and not break under pressure avoid days that have reined too much if your abegginer you can slip if you fall just get up analize and try again and don't climb anything until you can land and roll use you tube that's how I learned search urban freeflow , demon drills hawaii parkour and search technics and watch many videos of the same technic .

Look into the Hero 2 HD Camera - its really good for all sports and everything and its worth the buy!
I will definately look into parkour training... once my schedule opens up :3 cheers!

That's a really good suggestion I check'd some vids on You Tube and it looks amazing I never thought about it since I had only seen the camera in commercials on the sports channel . Thanks for the idea !

Oh ! and try not to train alone unless your ready.Try to train in a group and practice simple techniques alone to perfect them but for flow and trying out more complicated things its better in group once one achieves higher level one can train complicated stuff alone.
