Yes i was a skyrim modder before, and i still have few unfinished characters for future release(but currently i dont have much time even for complete my wip works) As for requests, sorry, but no, im not taking any requests.
Also currently im more interesting in SFM art and stuff than skyrim, but i guess i will finish and release few of my wip followers for skyrim somewhere in autumn i guess...

Well, if your "specific" character is by any chance Ada Wong for example, than check my website, I did my own version of Ada for Skyrim before. Mod is available for download. But If you want model port for Skyrim, than check R0R0N0 modder. He did a lot of different models ports for Skyrim from different games. Google him.

Also, I don't think that R0R0N0 do requests with payment.
I tried to ask him few times about if he can do some model porting requests with payment., and never got reply. Some other guys also asked him to do some requests and with some nice offers like around 50$ for model, and he still refused. I guess he just don't do requests.

Not really porting. i saw an artwork from Metalhed13 from thr charcter meena and would like to have her at least almost 1:1 in skyrim

Alright, i see, i just saw this pic of that character. Well, i guess the face is not a hard task to do, though it could be hard to find exact hairstyle... and as for dress, hmm probably you wont be able to find exact one, but kind of similar for sure. I think you shouldnt even pay for this, try to ask some modders on few skyrim communities, i guess someone will be happy to help you. Check nexusmods.com (skyrim section) as there on forum. (i personally dont like nexus for several reasons, but i think someone there could help you with this request, since you dont need porting, you could probably find modder who can create this follower for you.

Yeah its not even tge dress, only the face and the body as close as possible. Hardest one is of course the hairstyle, but i will hope for the best
