I use Ultra Fractal, a fractal generating program. There are many tutorials around including some within the program itself. Sorry for late reply!

I prefer using the free GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP) And rarely (But a few times!) I use Inkscape.

From what I can tell.you have two sculptures posted. Unfortunately they are poorly lit, poorly framed in the photo and shot at a strange angle.They are made of fired and glazed clay? Hard to give you a critique on the sculpting when I cant clearly see it.
also You should separate your gallery into different pages, one for drawings, another for literature, and one for sculpture.
