It's hard to see but he wears a white thumb drive for a necklace, he always wears his mask, his tail does have a mouth and eyes and his tail wears an alternating spike studs with unbloomed roses collar. 
Here's another example to see what his symmetrical design is.

Also a note to add about her, her eyes are always half closed, in a graceful way tho.
