Because art is a reflection of life, and life a reflection of art. Birds chirping in a delightful song, grass blowing in the distance, Flowers blooming these things are beautiful and bursting with energy. Paintings and Drawings capture these moments perfectly. Or in the interpretation in which the artist creates it in.
