hah. 'referenced' is not the correct word. that is almost EXACTLY THE SAME. the only difference is that you made 'your' wip have breasts and shorter legs and arms.

Thats like saying "referencing off the human body is stealing." its really not.Β You look at one thing and reference a piece based of it. There is no step in where you put your own lines over someone elses work, please understand that, yes. I know the difference between tracing and referencing.Β

Im trying to come up with an agreement with people since they think im tracing, and I realize now that if you do reference that you should change the pose a bit so its unique.
I agree with you that in a way it was "copied" but it wasnt traced. I wouldnt trace.
So I just wont use it since it counts as copying. I do not exactly do that anymore as you can see in some of my recent posts, i still reference however change the pose slightly.

If youre asking about the collab,, I have alot I need to catch up on before I can work on it, I do paid commissions I need to work on along with moodboards and other things,, I had a court case opened, two actually...
