Hey I know a program that's similar to Paint tool SAI it's called FireAlpaca so you can do better with your art. Yes it is free too :3

I'm more comfy with Sai though but that's just me. hope you'll be able to learn new things with it. You might need an art tablet if you have a mouse as the tool of trade. I had a mouse and it made my art like crap until I got an art tablet. There are some on Ebay for sale used. anyways hope this helps ^w^
