Well... What can I say?
I'm known to you all as Shell Mel. I am an artist, a writer and a fighter. I am calm in appearance, one of the silent, nerdy types but I'm prone to bouts of aggression and will strike if aggravated. In this respect I have been told that it's like there are two sides to me, two personalities, sharing the same body.
I prefer fantasy over real life. This applies to everything. My art, my writing, my life. You’ll often find me day dreaming, my mind too far away from this world we call Earth. I often find it scary that I prefer this imaginary world over my own. But at least I always have a nice place to visit when I’m sick of the real world.
I’m friendly and love to meet new people, to see new art. So don’t hesitate to strike a conversation with me. I’ll be more than happy to talk with you. I love to hear what people think of my art or poems. Good or bad I’ll take it in stride as I try to better myself in these areas. I will not get upset if it’s critical, unless it’s a flame. Then that would probably upset me... but who wouldn’t be upset. But in the end I would take it in stride, I only want to better myself after all. No point in moping about it.
