Dear Rapid,
It's been almost a year since you were taken from us so suddenly...and your missing presence has been felt very much since then. Tomorrow is your birthday...and so I hope wherever you are up there in Heaven, that you enjoy your very special day and are happy and doing well. We'll always miss you and love you and remember you. Another good friend of mine from this dA community passed away recently and had her life cut short and too soon...so if you can, please take good care of her and watch over her, and tell her I said hello and that I miss her too, and hope she's doing well too. Thank you again for all the great times you shared with me, you're truly one of a kind.

RIP Rapid. I remember when you first introduced yourself to me, when I first came onto dA...and at first I couldn't remember you from NSider, but then you reminded me of how much you loved horses...and drawing...and then my memory came back to me. Over these past few years, you've been a great friend and it's been my honor of having known you during the time that I have. You were always a truly cool artist and an even better friend and person with a heart of gold. You were doing so well for yourself...you were making your dreams happen...just can't believe this...
May you rest in peace, Rapid. We will love you and remember you always, and miss you. But your memory will live on forever, through your family and your friends and those who cared about you the most. You touched our lives in more ways than one, and you can never be replaced.
Thank you for having reached out to me...and for being my friend. I will always be your friend, no matter what. And I will always love you as your friend, and as the kind person you were and are. LOL I get asked that a lot. They are NOT tracings, trust me. I should do more original art to show that they aren't tracings, but if you have read any of my journals, I have no time to draw anymore. That, and I'm bad at picking positions. Although my Tear drawing is an original-ish pose. Just took a pose from another character and used it on Tear.
So no, they are not tracings.

Yeah, I plan to dedicate the rest of my life to animals. I want to open my own Animal Rescue Shelter one day... just for neglected and abused animals of all sorts.
What really made my decision was when I found out my horse had been abused...

Wow, that sucks with what happened to your horse, but at least it's with you now and has a good home. It's really horrible when people abuse animals. That's like one of the lowest things someone can do.

Well any soldier will tell you that they're the last people who want to go to war, but sometimes it's necessary to defend the country. I mean, if a country gets attacked, they can't just roll over and take it. They have to defend themselves or they won't have a country anymore.
