Try Rhythm thief, I like that game but I haven't played it in a while. It reminds me of Professor Layton style game but in a more music way.

Picture has Sonic's head too big, feet too small, and his hand rotated 90 degrees. (Looks like the right position, but his hand is actually sideways. If his hand was open, his palm would be facing downwards. It should be facing sideways.)

And the dragon... I've actually invented a surprisingly good short-tailed Godzilla. But I can't get wings. ...Or a long tail.
