Part of it was because Ino picked on him far too much, and talked about Sasuke in front of him...almost like a challenge. But when she was so worried about him when he came back from the retrieval mission that really showed how much she cared. I think the final sign that this could work was when I saw his Shippuden outfit the 1st time. NO underwear head...much better.

Haha, yeah. When I saw that, I was like: "Goddamit Ino, open your eyes and see who's there for you!" I think they compliment each other. She is named for the boar yet she's as skinny as a butterfly. He is named for the butterfly yet he eats like a boar.

Midori is the result of a genjutsu cast by a well meaning 7-year-old, named Sumire, who hadn't come to understand the depth of responsibility that comes with her abilities. (but heard her Hokage lamenting that some talent was being wasted because some of their shinobi hadn't procreated) The rest of the story is under my picture Fun with the Four [link] .
