Hey thanks for asking, and great question :) (Smile)

I really like it! It's a lot like the original SA style but Uekawa's drawing style has changed over the years, so I try to keep that in mind. I like how he's trying new things and the new pieces this year really show some growth for the style! The line work is more detailed but seems a liiiiittle bit more loose compared to his older stuff. I think it adds more character though and I like it.
I'm actually working on a piece in that style right now to see what I can do to get the look right. I look forward to eventually sharing it!

I remember this fan character from a while back ago, it was a female purple cat (at least i remember the details said she was a cat, she looked like a wolf to me) that wore a plaid midriff shirt and skirt. i also remember the name was "Toxic the Cat", spelled in a very warped way like "Toxc de Kat". I've tried looking for the the character to no success, I saw that you had similar art that might have matched with the character I'm thinking of. Are you familiar with the character I just described or someone who might have made it?
