right there is a top bar below you name where messages appear yes?
along should be browse, shop then submit and others..
choose submit..
and the to devientation (a red guy strokin a picture i think is the icon)
then choose you art criterias, like if its a photo then choose photography (camera icon) then depending on the style of photo like nature etc keep choosing...
After all thats done you get a text box, one at top for title and big one for description of art and a lil one at bottom for search words...
when all is done 'ok' and you have to upload the image
