Most of the time, I draw on a huge canvas in PS3 with brush size 3. I use a brush I made my self, but I think it will work just fine with the normal round to.

After I have finished the drawing I just shrink the drawing to a more normal size.

The lines will automatic look smooth after that X).

And of course I use a drawing tablet.

pfft I've never had the patience to do lineart and before I figured out a good lineless style my lines were always thick and mess
