You know what usually helps me in such a situation?
Well, first, I always try to write anyway. I write on a book, almost every day. There, I am also often confronted with situations like having no ideas or no motivation etc. You know what I'm talking about.
Sometimes it helps and I am able to write. Alot.
Sometimes it doesn't and there I write something completely different or read someone elses work or even criticize (but just in my mind) the work of popular authors.
Or I just take a walk, do things I like or hang out with friends. In my oppinion inspiration can really be everywhere.
But sometimes it's on a high plateau hard to reach.
Luckily, our fantasy is able to lend us some wings.
Surely you knew some of my examples already. I hope it helps.
