Oh well, have to put the comment here instead of your newest deviation:
Have you guys figured out how to paste your textures on a dynamic piece of cloth without it coming out 2D? Cuz for the last deviation it's just a 2D texture on the dress o_O
Almost makes me want to say 'draw the whole thing from scratch' but that's hard as hell

Wow, we share quite a few. Love Lab, The Dazzles, and Splashdown are my favorites. And Remix 5 is probably my favorite remix!

My favourite remix (so far) is a tie between 5 and 6. One of my favourite songs to add in there is Rockers.

6 struck me as bland the first few times I heard it. Like most other songs I didn't like at first, it grew on me and now I love it. All the remixes are great, without a doubt, but I really love 3, 4, 5, 7, and 9. I just noticed, most of my favorites are odd. : o

I didn't mind 6 so much. I didn't like 7 as much, but thats probably because Fan Club ruins it. Also, its just an extended version of one of the Big Rock Show tracks.

SupergeekGr33n In reply to Simpsons-Addict [2009-06-10 01:04:23 +0000 UTC]
I think that the fact that it's the Big Rock Finish's first track extended makes it even more awesome. And Fan Club does NOT ruin it ;~;

I just don't like them saying "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, I Suppose, Ohhh yeah"; their song lyrics are bad as it is..

SupergeekGr33n In reply to Simpsons-Addict [2009-06-19 14:18:51 +0000 UTC]
They're bad but kind of cute when you consider that she's, like, 8.
I like the way they sound on the remix 7, tbh, although I can see why some people would think that'd kill it.

Remix 9 wasn't as good. Remix 8 was byfar the best (imo)

Pssshaw! Remix 9 is so much better. My little sister LOVES remix 8 though, so I guess she would agree with you. Her faves are Remixes 4 and 8.
What didn't you like about 9? Imo it was epic from moai doo wop to splashdown.

It was easy/ fun to get a superb no problem, I just didn't like the music as much as the other remixes.

(continuing comments from the buttertoes pic)
Yes, see, you need to go for later on that Glee Club section. I had a feeling it was that specific one. Remember, Rhythm Heaven prefers later timing in general, excluding rhythm rally.
Moai Doo Wop- practice it. Eventually, you'll get better at timing it just right and even impress yourself with some shouts and doowops.
Remix 4- as i said, DON'T be too early. Train yourself not to do that.
Remix 6- That part was incredibly easy for me... I never ever missed that. The Rockers I can understand... just concentrate.
Remix 10- Both Glee Club and Rockers on remix 10 have frustrated me in the past. Be patient with your timing. You'll get it.
And I can understand your feelings about Remix 9 then, everyone has different taste. I love the upbeat and eccentric flavor to the song, personally.

Simpsons-Addict In reply to SupergeekGr33n [2009-07-02 18:55:36 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, took me awhile to get Remix 6. It was a timing issue with Soccer to Lockstep (had to constantly be onbeat, while pausing at times, and listening for cues). Rockers was a timing issue too, but I got it.
Glee Club, I'm sure I could get. But I need to count the beats to get it perfected.

SupergeekGr33n In reply to Simpsons-Addict [2009-07-11 15:37:01 +0000 UTC]
Training is key, I'm now good at that Glee Club part.
And the Soccer to Lockstep transitions, memorize them, and hit a little later whenever it goes to Lockstep. RH just accepts late timing.
So yeah, what's left?

Remaining mini-games: Glee Club, Remix (2,3,4) Shoot Em Up (1 and 2), Moai Doo-Wop (1 and 2), Drummer Duel, and Rockers 2
Some of them aren't a problem (i.e Glee Club, Drummer Duel), because its a timing issue. I'll hit it too early, or too late.

Good luck.
Also, I can't believe you're having trouble with Shoot 'Em Up! That's like, one of the easiest to perfect, I've done both of them even without a partially off shot.
Still, perfecting Remix 10 is quite impressive. Good job there.

Simpsons-Addict In reply to SupergeekGr33n [2009-07-13 06:58:16 +0000 UTC]
Near close to perfection actually..its glee club which i may occasionally get.
I know Shoot-Em-Up is easy, but I get thrown off by one part..not that it matters.

SupergeekGr33n In reply to Simpsons-Addict [2009-07-13 16:44:10 +0000 UTC]
Ugh, glee club does get annoying in remix 10.
Which point? They're all easy with practice.

Simpsons-Addict In reply to SupergeekGr33n [2009-07-13 21:56:59 +0000 UTC]
Well Shoot-Em-Up isn't a problem, I'll just have to practice with the endless mode and listen to carefully to their "entrance" and the song itself.

SupergeekGr33n In reply to Simpsons-Addict [2009-07-16 04:03:03 +0000 UTC]
Well, practicing Shoot Em Up on endless mode IS clever, I guess. You don't have to jeopardize any other perfects.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Simpsons-Addict In reply to SupergeekGr33n [2009-07-16 19:03:53 +0000 UTC]
It is a bit easier..i mean, the only difference is that for the first part of that endless mode, you don't have the 3 notes that end; instead it continues to Shoot-Em-Up! 2, which gives you a bit more practice.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
SupergeekGr33n In reply to Simpsons-Addict [2009-07-16 20:31:28 +0000 UTC]
So the end three notes are the ones giving you a problem?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Simpsons-Addict In reply to SupergeekGr33n [2009-07-17 00:13:08 +0000 UTC]
No, not that. Those 3 notes at the end aren't played for the endless version.

Simpsons-Addict In reply to SupergeekGr33n [2009-07-18 23:06:55 +0000 UTC]
Well..yeah, cause I gotta do perfect (or close to) to get a medal, then perfect again for the prize.
Thats just something annoying for me with Rhythm Heaven..

SupergeekGr33n In reply to Simpsons-Addict [2009-07-19 08:28:40 +0000 UTC]
Think of it this way. You don't really DESERVE a perfect until you can do it without stressing out or making a mistake.

Hm... Well, you'll get it. Just keep trying. The game becomes so much easier when you accomplish more.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Simpsons-Addict In reply to SupergeekGr33n [2009-07-21 23:33:40 +0000 UTC]
Its only 9 more medals I need (which some of them seem to be easy, yet I can't get it..but its always a timing issue). And the rest are perfects..
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
SupergeekGr33n In reply to Simpsons-Addict [2009-07-22 13:15:30 +0000 UTC]
Because Shoot Em Up is really cruel in judging superbs, I'll assume that's one of the ones you're struggling to superb?
