# About me
'There is no greater lust, than a lust to seek darkness in a warm place. To search out ones inner evil while still firmly in the grasp of love and goodness. Those who look towards darkness while shrouded in light, they are the definition of shadow, of gothic.'You all know me and my artwork- well I'm reinventing myself, so to speak. Allowing who I am, and not society's little mask, to come out and rejoice in finding myself truly.
My name is Jakkii. I'm known in real life as everyone's shining light- whoever I become close to becomes a better person, kinder, gentler than they were. My true personality, though, is the wolf in sheepskin. Everyone's favorite little dark girl.
In a sense, I'm a fallen, twisted, dark angel. I've seen Heaven, oh yes, but I've relished Hell since I got here.
Anyways, to the art. My favorite genres to work with are the dark and traumatic. Revisiting and coming to terms with my past through art is one of my favorite things to do- and my past is nothing like sunshine and happiness.
So a lot of my new art is going to be art. I'll throw in some happier, lighter things every once in a while to not traumatize people TOO much, but don't assume it'll be the norm, the common.
I'm 21, I'm a little on the more insane side of things, I've got my opinions and you all have yours. That said, if anyone who follows me doesn't have a stomach for some of the things like horror movies and scares and gore, unfollow me right now. I won't blame you. I won't criticize you. Do what you have to, because I'm not going to change my mind.
To those who stay, though, welcome. Welcome to the darkest parts of my mind, and I truly hope you enjoy and find it worth your while.
