If you read that math, you'll find these numbers along the way
Damage from SP = (((1 * 1.2) * 1.17) * (1 + Crit Rate)
Damage from SP = (((1 * 1.2) * 1.17) * (1 + 0.38) = 1.9375
and simiar stuff to that.
So, that being said, 46.45 is the about the average damage increase you'd get from from the 25 sp, and the little from the 2% intel..which isn't alot.
Compared to the Chatoic and it's increased Crit damage (very useful with an Eclipse)
SF Damage = ((((1120 + (SP * 1.2)) * 1.17) * 2) * Crit Rate) + (((1120 + (SP * 1.2)) * 1.17) * (1 - Crit Rate))
SF Damage = ((((1120 + (2000 * 1.2)) * 1.17) * 2) * 0.38) + (((1120 + (2000 * 1.2)) * 1.17) * (1 - 0.38))
SF Damage = (8236.80 * 0.38) + (4118.40 * (1 - 0.38)) = 5683.392

So, the increased damage of a Starfire is 140.8493. I am taking this all from Grey Matter yes, but I've done research, along with testing of my own, the results are very simiar. And last time I check 140 damage > 46 damage .
