Do you mean design one from scratch & draw the horse? ;o
I can't draw lineart or horses with good anatomy, but I can do one if it's a premade template/lineart. :I

Yes use a lineart already made and then just color it in and shade it and make the markings of my character.

Does it have to be a full-out, detailed digital painting with muscle tone and such? Or just a lineart with the base colours? Like this, [link] ?
