That was my desktop for my old laptop. I really like the layout though so I wish I had it for the laptop I'm using now. But since this is more widescreen the wallpaper doesn't fit quite right. Will have to try an duplicate it.

yea I think it was just a bunch of different rainmeter skins I tried to match together. Sometimes I just change the fonts and colors to match each other.

I love rainmeter. Only thing is it's a pain to wait for it to load on startup.

yea it doesn't really come up right away for me.
And I really don't care if it comes up or not, a lot of it is just for looks. So sometimes I just wanna log in my computer and get on the internet right away but instead the desktop is preoccupied opening the skype, rainmeter, rocketdock, or whatever. I probably have to much stuff going on at startup haha.

LOL I have the same problem, too. I have: Windows Live Messenger, Skype, Yahoo! Messenger, and Rainmeter opening up at startup. =w="

rocketdock is like the dock you get on mac computers to put all your desktop shortcut icons.
So I downloaded a set of matching icons and change all my desktop icons those, and line them up on the dock.
Helps to make everything look cleaner.
Ideally having no desktop icons would probably look best but I can't do without my shortcuts T_T <3

Well on my new laptop it's different than what's posted on the webcam, but I think I'm mainly using Simple Sentence right now. They made it very user-friendly so it's easily customizable and I think everything is transparent background.
If you wanna know what was used in the webcam screenshot, I think my gallery or my scraps has a deviation on it.

my characters? I'm very attached to my characters (notice I don't have very many), especially their names. So I try my best to come up with designs I will stick with for a long time. Otherwise I will redesign them.
I love having them for other people to draw ^^
