That's Vamp.

He's a (Or at least he acts like it) homosexual vampire-like villain in the Metal Gear Solid series.

He's a pain in my ass but I love his character.

Vamp is somewhat immortal due to special machines in his blood.

He gets stabbed and shot a few dozen times but he still comes back for more... He's been shot in the forehead a couple times and it left a nice little scar up there so I guess that makes him Harry Potter or something.
