Here's an idea for a first contest: design an icon for the group. Honestly, the one we have is...okay now, but I'd like a better one. Prizes can be higher ranking in the group (contributer/mod), and I have a ton of point I can give away, or premium memberships, or even some artwork from myself. :3 Just an idea.
btw, part 11.2 is coming along slowly. It's over halfway done, but it's a lot of work, finding time between school and work...
