It's nice but I forgot to add a few more details. Music Flash has orang streaks in his hair and his spikey, his cutie mark is a music note and a lightning bolt. For Red Heart she also had orange streaks in her hair, her cutie mark is a fiery red heart, the cutie ark's are on their hoodies, his headphones and her skirt. For the bases could you use this one for Red Heart and this one Β for Music Flash if you could?

I'm not the best at giving advice, but I recommend MLP makers, there are plenty on here that you could use.

I also say draw the cutie marks on the ponies, because sometimes if you paste it on the pony, it doesn't look right.
I also say if you use a base, cut carefully and makes sure it looks right on the body before you paste it.

Yep! You can also alter and even make some of the clothes, just so it can fit your character's style.
