Yea, if you own the character, and the species owner has somewhere publicly/ somewhere you can provide proof of their consent then species transfers are a-okay~

Oof, hard to say. Depends on complexity of character, whether you want a pure copy paste of the design or have it inspired off the design, if you wanted multiple refs, or a single ref, colored and shaded, or just flat colores, and also traits being used. Base price would be $35 and would go up from there based on the other variables I listed prior.Β
