No they are called renders BTW it's not hand drewn they are pictures cut from original manga or anime pictures open [link] and see for yourself how this is being done and sumbitted. But I prefer to cut them myself, I don't even cut them sometimes I just erase the background, so it's not a drawing and I also sometimes use other people's renders respectfully earning the approval using their renders. Happy?!

Listen, that is a complete different site, that has nothing to do with deviantArt. That site has it's rules, and dA has theirs. I know those pictures of the Naruto charcters aren't yours, I know they are renders.
Here on dA, that is considred ART THEFT until you get permission from the original person who made them and give proper credit.
And you cannot use screenshots no matter what on dA.
SO before I have to report them, you really should find the people who had the originals, or they will get removed.
