hahahaha, why did Ima call you? thats kinda creepy. I did find a job at the Target in Allen, it seems good with good pay/good hours to fit around school. its only seasonal though. If target doesnt want to keep me in january then i'm going to have to find another job. And themanager at the toy store was a bitch, i called her up and she was a total dick to me. She can suck it.

yeah man it depends what kind of stuff your girlfriend is going to shoot and how much she knows about cameras............ For a beginner i would recomend the Canon Rebel Ti or T2, The Ti is what i started out with and when i bought it it cost around $300, now you can get them around $100 on ebay. I'd stick with Canon, Nikon, or maybe even Minolta............ Minoltas arent that great in my opinion though. So what kind of stuff does she want to shoot?

she likes nature stuff mostly and lots of still stuff. shes had experience with cameras before, she just doesnt have one of her own.

i would recomend any of the Canon beginner Cameras like the Ti,T2, G, G2, K or K2 and a good macro lens for nature like flowers and a canon 50mm f1.8 lens................. the 50mm lens is probally one of the best deals out there because its only like $80 and its really simple to use. I think everybody has at least one in their camera bag.

Thanks a lot for all the comments, and i havent given up on finding a kid, but i decided to get on with my life and buy another bike. And i have no idea how to work the avatars thats why i havent set one up yet.

The 20D is an amazing camera, i would definatly pic it over the canon rebel digital camera's if you have the money. I shoot most of my portriats with the canon D30 which is pretty close the the 20D just less megapixels and not as good as quality. If i could swap my camera for a 20D i probally would. I'm not exactly a pro so I dont know how well my opinion is valid but i know the 20D is one of the best for the money.

Dude, in Texas we all get along, I dont understand why skaters hate BMXers so much. All of my best friends either skate or ride.To be honest a lot of the riders down here can actually hop on a board and show people up on their own skateboard.At a park or spot we all just flow together and which just adds to the session even more. And ive done research and most of the rumors about bikes are completely made up, plus i tend to see skaters standing in front of ramps blocking them from everybody, just doing nothing, a lot more the the bikes do. We all pay our money and all desirve to be there as much as the person next to you so its all good. Chill out.

what rumors about BMX? parks weren't ment to be shared by BMX and skateoarding, i mean just look at the lines, skaters and BMXers ride soooooo different, the lines differ between boards and bikes sooo much when you get guys who ride completely different in the same bowl together and don't know how the other rides, then some one is gonna get fucked. i don't know what kind of parks you have in Texas, maybe you have the little ramp parks, but here in the Pacific Northwes we've got big heavy coping, and alot of it is pool coping, and when a bike peg comes down onto coping it fucks the hellllllllll out of it, say it's a rumor, but it's not, theres several parks in the area that have been royaly fucked by the pegs of a BMX. when i said "technically, i'm not suposed to get along with you, as you ride a bicycle and thrash our skateparks and snake our lines and look like goons doing it" i was joking, i thought you'd think it was funny, because personnaly, i don't really mind bikers, one of my best friends shreds with his bike, but i won't ever ever let a biker harm a skatepark. i think another reason skaters resent bikers is that we've worked soooo hard to get skateboarding where it is today, we drug it out of the 80's spending hundreds of hours in city council meetings, or geeting people to sign petitions, trying our hardest to convince the public that skateboarding isn't bad and that we need a park, and now that we've pretty much won our battles and we get what we want, the bikers pop out of no where. Alot of skateboarders say 'Where was he when we we're pouring cement?" "where was he when we all got arrested?" "where was he when we petitioned infront of the council?" Sure theres been a few bikers that have been with us, but you have to realize that alot of them haven't. I think alot of people think that bikers are just along for the free ride in our parks without having to work for it, and that bikers don't respect what we've got because they didn't have to work for it.
