In-Series Description: Zi-O’s identity is 18-year-old Sougo Tokiwa, a
high school student who is inspired to become a great king through kindness by becoming Zi-O. However he learns from his new “friends” Tsukuyomi and Black Woz that in 50 years time, he is destined to become the tyrannical ruler of their time, Oma Zi-O. To this end, Future freedom fighter Geiz Myokoin is hellbent on killing him to alter the course of history.

ENTRANCE
A portal made out clocks appears and Zi-O comes out, riding on his bike, then gets off it and takes a fighting pose.

TAUNTS
Up Taunt: Zi-O does his signature pose and yells his catchphrase.
Side Taunt: Zi-O plays around with his sword.
Down Taunt: Zi-O starts panting and then scratches his head.

ATTACKS
Jab/Jab Combo: Zi-O rapidly slashes with the Edge Of Time.
Dash Attack: Zi-O goes FourzeArmor and rams the enemy.
Side Tilt: Zi-O slashes with the Drill-Crusher Crusher.
Up Tilt: Zi-O uppercuts the enemy.
Down Tilt: Zi-O kicks the enemy’s kneecaps.
Side Smash: Zi-O stabs the enemy with the Edge Of Time.
Up Smash: Zi-O rocket punches the enemy with the FourzeArmor.
Down Smash: Zi-O slashes the enemy with the GaimArmor’s Leg Swords.
Neutral Air: Zi-O goes OOOArmor and dropkicks the enemy.
Front Air: Zi-O goes Ex-Aid Armor and meteor-smashes the enemy with its gauntlets.

Back Air: Zi-O goes FourzeArmor  and does the Limit Time Break.
Up Air: Zi-O stabs the enemy with the swords on the GaimArmor’s shoulders.
Down Air: Zi-O puts the Drill-Crusher Crusher in his leg and kicks the enemy.
Grab: Zi-O grabs the opponent by the collar.
Pummel: Zi-O kicks the enemy in the nuts.
Front Throw: Zi-O traps the enemy with the GaimArmor and sends him flying.
Back Throw: Zi-O grabs the enemy’s leg and throws him like a ragdoll.
Up Throw: Zi-O copies Link’s recovery move.
Down Throw: Zi-O jumps really high and stomps the enemy with both feet.

SPECIALS
Neutral Special: Ride Heisaber: Zi-O takes out the Heisaber and starts turning the clock hand which can give the following effects:

Kuuga: An explosive hieroglyph flies at the nearest enemy and blows up.

Ryuki: The saber sets itself on fire and now works like a Fire Bar, The flame shrinking after every attack.

Blade: The saber fills with lightning and grows in size for a massive shield-breaking horizontal slash.

Kiva: A swarm of Red Bats fly at the enemy and do damage little by little like the Beehive.

Gaim: Helheim vines appear and can be used like Simon’s whip.

Drive: Zi-O will consecutively summon 3 Shift-Tires that will bounce around the stage and get stronger until they crash into someone and explode. They work a lot like the soccer ball and the baseball.

Ghost: Zi-O will turn into 4 Parka Ghosts who will attack the enemy and then teleport to another place. Can be used as recovery.
Side Special:  King Giri-Giri Slash: Zi-O turns into Zi-O 2 and combines his Zikan Gilade and Saikyo Gilade into The Saikyo Zikan Gilade, a Zweihander, which he charges with energy before doing a horizontal slash.
Up Special: Trinity Zero Time: Zi-O becomes Zi-O Trinity, who then takes out a spear and axe before doing an upwards double slash.
Down Special: Time Break: Zi-O jumps and gives a magenta energy-charged flying kick at the enemy.

FINAL SMASH
Grand Oma Time: Zi-O turns into Grand Zi-O, who then summons one by one, every Heisei Rider in their final forms to attack the enemy, before becoming Oma Zi-O and unleashing an attack similar to Tabuu’s Off Waves that KO’s everyone on the stage. You can dodge the Grand Zi-O part, but the Oma Zi-O part is undodgeable.

Victory Animation 1: Zi-O rides around in circles in his bike before jumping off and doing his pose.
Victory Animation 2: Zi-O starts stretching before untransforming and taking a nap.
Victory Animation 3: Zi-O calls Geiz & Woz, who pose before ending in a group hug from Zi-O.
