I have a big question that may or may not influence the plot of my story.
If a blood member of the hebi clan was missing (not from them deliberately leaving the clan but from other circumstances) and say someone knows where they are, could they use that information as leverage to get what they want from the clan or would the sensei not allow that to influence his judgement, even if it was an extremely important member?

they could use it as leverage to a point while behind the scenes the rest of the ninja deduce every hint they can out of the person and based on their demands, will be promptly killed after they know where the missing member is.

The wavy line going past Cornelia is the water, the thing she is holding is a bed sheet, Malachi is standing on Cornelia's back (the usual) and telling everyone how to position the blanket, Gatsby and Sharada are blushing a bit because I assume they would considering how close they are to each other. Off to the left of them, Malachi and Cornelia's bug sashes are laying there so they don't get wet
I also put messy tree trucks, bushes, and grass as a background guideline, you can ignore them if you want, it's just a suggestion.
Also, I noticed for the background of the pebble pop that you didn't color a sky so I ask if you could please do that this time please

Yeah, I kinda failed to realize I had some of the Pebble layers invincible when saving the pic, I'll make sure the bg is properly done and present this time.

It looks awesome! Try adding some highlights like those squiggly boxes you see when you look at water. They blend in nicer when you lower the opacity as well
