I did a research of the options available. We could use dalnet IRC server or shoutbox. My best bet is the IRC. It's quite easy to access.
Mozilla based browser will just have to install a plugin, ChatZilla. And for non Mozilla based browser, will just use with jwirc.com.
I'll try and post this up in the news later.
