Her evil form changes her colors a bit. The pink in her hair turns black and the feathers if her wings are black.

I see... hun I hate to do this but I'm going to. I hate "picking" on others, but this is for your own good, and the good of your character. There are good characters and bad characters, and yours can be a good one. But right now its just not. Okay, here's a good thing I've used for quite a few of my characters.
Imagine your character is walking down the streets of Ponyville or Canterlot or Manehattan or whatever you want. Do they stick out like a sore thumb? Because Lyrica would. Really badly. Really badly.

Mostly, it's her colors. I'm not harping on you for making a alicorn oc, plenty of people do and no matter how I dislike alicorn oc's, they are there and that's that.
1. Pick color that look good together
2. Don't make them as saturated(neon) as you can. Ouchy on the eyes.
3. Pick a general color scheme, most ponies are 1 coat color and 1-3 shades of a complimentary color of their coat. OR neutral colors such as white, brown, shades of grey, and black.

Also, why is she an alicorn? What is she the princess of? Why is it nessacary for her to be an alicorn? As we have seen in the shows, alicorns are rulers. Celestia & Luna to Equestria and Cadence to the Crystal Empire. What is Lyrica the princess of? In the end, even if she's a princess of wherever or whatever, why doesn't she need to be an alicorn? Do all princess have to be alicorns? Is she special? Is she a queen(Chrysalis), does she raise celestial bodies(Celestia & Luna), does she spread love(actually Cadence was just supposed to be a unicorn, so in the original scheme not all princess had to be alicorns.)

Also, regarding her "evil form". Why does she have an evil form? Is she an evil princess? Having a character who goes from cute and cuddly to whatever her evil form is, is very sueish. A spit personality is one thing, but I think changing colors in her mane and feathers is the wrong way to go about showing she's 'dark' now. Spike her hair, have tufts sticking out, give her an angry look, darken her eyes. Give her shadows under her eyes. Don't just outright change her colors.

Once again, sorry but it's for your and Lyrica's own sake. You can ignore me, whatever. I'll still do you request.

For her colors I went with pink & blue, using an accent soft blue for her necklace and heart clip thing. I left the soft gold you used for her regalia alone since it looked nice and soft already. Because I thought the green threw off the design and I couldn't get it to work will with her design, I ended up with a really pale almost white blue coat with green eyes.
